People can’t seem to get enough of The Coastal Table! Just two weeks after Karen J. Covey’s new cookbook received a flurry of positive press, which included interviews with Radio Boston and The Rhode Show and a glowing article in the Providence Journal, Joanna McQuillan Weeks, food editor for The Standard-Times has penned an in-depth piece about Karen and the book!
The article includes a sampling of the book’s more than 120 recipes, such as the grilled corn with jalapeno-lime butter and the crostini with wilted kale and goat cheese. Weeks also raves about The Coastal Table‘s beautiful photography and nontraditional chapter structure. You can read the full article here.
Georgia Sparling of Sippican Week also highlighted the book in her piece, calling it “…a book filled with tantalizing photos of Covey’s recipes and the coast itself.” The article can be found here. And don’t forget to order your copy of The Coastal Table! It is now available in your local Barnes & Noble and independent bookstore. You can also purchase the book through our website, Amazon, and BN.com.
