Kim Knox Beckius Covers the NH Primaries for Ireland

First we had Chris Klein telling New York Times readers where to spot candidates during New Hampshire’s primary season. Today we have another Union Park Press author, Kim Knox Beckius, heading north to the Granite State.

Kim is New Hampshire-bound today, where she will be interviewed about New England travel (after all, she IS an expert!). Here’s the most interesting part: the news outlet that is conducting the interview? Newstalk, a national radio station in Ireland. They have sent a team to cover the U.S. presidential primary, and they (smartly) reached out to Kim to provide a bit of color and background about exploring New Hampshire and beyond.  I wonder if she will point them towards the Victoria Mansion in Portland or The Breakers in Newport? Or perhaps she will suggest that they explore some of the places covered in this juicy article on the Ghosts of Gossip Columns Past? Kim, we hope you brought them a copy of New England’s Historic Homes & Gardens!

If you’d like to listen live (I know we will be), tune in between 1:15-1:45 p.m. EST on this site.

Enjoyed the interview. Should have gotten a pint afterwards. Funny, I was just up at Radio Row in Manchester about an hour ago.

So sorry we didn’t connect, Chris!

For anyone who missed the broadcast, it’s archived online at: http://media.newstalk.ie/listen_live/popup under Tuesday, January 10, Part 3. The travel segment begins about 15 minutes in.

There’s a fun photo of me with Irish presenter George Hook here:

And yes–I did get to show off a copy of “New England’s Historic Homes & Gardens”! 🙂

Thank you all for your support!
