Cranberry Cravings: A Recipe from “The Coastal Table”

Fresh Cranberry Smoothie

makes two 8 ounce smoothies

1 cup ice
1 cup frozen cranberries
12 prunes, pitted
12 ounces plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup cranberry juice
2-3 tablespoons honey, or to taste

In a blender, chop ice. Add cranberries, prunes, yogurt, cranberry juice, and 2 tablespoons honey and blend until smooth. Taste for tartness and add a bit more honey if desired; add more cranberry juice if smoothie is too thick.
