There is something very festive going on in Dudley Square this holiday season and we are really excited to be a part of it!  Discover Roxbury, an organization dedicated to celebrating the neighborhood’s rich heritage and vibrant present, has pulled together holiday pop-up store in an empty storefront on Washington Street, right in the heart of the Hub. Featuring vendors selling fine art, handmade crafts, and designs fitting a variety of budgets, sizes, and tastes, you’ll be sure to find something special for the people on your list!

We are very excited to be selling Drinking Boston: A History of the City and Its Spirits at the pop-up shop. Author Stephanie Schorow will be making an appearance on Sunday, December 16 at 11:00 to give a short talk about the history of drinking in Boston (and specifically Roxbury) and to sign copies of her book, which make for an excellent holiday gift.

The shop is located at 2201 Washington Street, and is open Friday-Monday (on Fridays and Mondays, the shop is open from 11-2, and on weekends it is open from 11- 5).
